Collections
We take an aggressive approach to collecting delinquent assessments. An aggressive collection policy at an early stage has many benefits, including a greater likelihood of recovery of all assessments, legal fees and costs, and it sends a message throughout the community that delinquencies will be taken seriously. We offer a variety of methods for collection depending on the unique circumstances of each particular association.
