Paul R. Neil

Mr. Neil is an associate at Maxwell & Morgan, P.C. Mr. Neil began his civil litigation practice after clerking at the Arizona Court of Appeals for the Hon. James Ackerman in 2000-2001. Mr. Neil has a broad range of litigation experience to assist planned community and condominium associations with the myriad of issues they face, including construction law, real estate litigation, insurance litigation, and commercial litigation. Mr. Neil has also represented, and litigated against, governmental entities. He has participated as a faculty member for educational seminars on various topics affecting corporations and non-profit entities.
Mr. Neil received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in 1996, and was on the Dean’s Honor Roll. He received his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law, graduating cum laude. While at Pepperdine, he competed on three national moot court teams, was a Note and Comment Editor for the Pepperdine Law Review, and was awarded an American Jurisprudence Award in Negotiations.
Mr. Neil is admitted to the State Bars of Arizona and California. He has practiced law in Arizona since completing his clerkship in 2001. Mr. Neil is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
